We looked at other options but his understanding of the market conditions, how to get us what we wanted out of the deal, attention to details and the relationship he built with us were the deciding factor when picking someone to handle the most important transaction we have ever done. Chris and his team were amazing. The video and pictures put into the listing made us fall in love with our home all over again even though we had to sell it. It shouldn't have been shocking that even in the current market we received an offer within the first 36 hours of having the house listed. His recommendations for responses to the offers were very good and the final result was excellent.
